Returns & Refunds Policy
If your purchase from The Paper Gallery does not meet your satisfaction, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. To return an item, the item must be new, unused and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Earrings, Sale or Clearance items.
If you wish to return an item, please follow the steps below:

If not, post the item back to us with your chosen courier.
Once we've received the package, we will process your refund. Original shipping and handling fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the value of your refund unless the return is a result of our error. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the payment originally used for purchase.
